When your system manager or key IT specialist is on holiday, we will send an engineer to your site twice a week to provide on site support and advice. The annual contract fee includes up to 8 visits of up to ½ hour in any one year. The normal charge for this would be £600 although when paid as part of a support contract this service is £400.00 per annum.
