With easy access to PC’s and servers over the internet, you may think that we never have to visit our customers to provide support on their computer networks. This is true in part, however sometimes it is good to see someone from your IT company on site so that you can have a face to face discussion.

At K&M we feel that personal service is vitally important which is why the majority of our support contracts include some element of proactive on site time – a service highly valued by our customers
