Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Exchange Server collects e-mails from your internet service,
provider over your internet connection, and distributes them to your,
individual internal mailboxes. It can also perform other tasks such
as e-mail forwarding, shared diaries and folders and links to
Microsoft mobile technology.
When e-mail is on your own server it can be backed up using exchange backup
software such as Symantec Backup exec. You can also add disclaimers to your e-mail so that all emails
sent from your company include your own customised disclaimer statement.
Virus protection is an essential addition to your exchange server to protect you from e-mail bound viruses. Over the last few years Spam has become more of a problem. We offer Hexamail as an anti spam tool this is also loaded on to your Exchange Server.
