That is why all of our support contracts come with Service Level Agreements.
When a call is placed with K&M, we immediately prioritise that call in terms
of its urgency to YOU, for example, a fileserver problem that affects your
whole company is, of course very urgent and this call gets top priority so that you are not waiting around for us to start working on the problem.

Less urgent calls are also important, and our call logging system ensures that nothing is missed and that these enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
